The producer suggests the need for storytelling and telling stories that are unique and that is what Mami enables them to do. Upon being asked, “Those ahead of the time films were naysayers back then, if released now could have been a different case, how do you keep the conviction going?”, Siddarth replied, “The only thing that keeps you going in this business is the courage of your own conviction because it is not a binary yes or no, black or white, there are no right or no answers.”, he further added, ” Sometimes you need to go by someone’s gut and that being your own, you will make mistakes sometimes but let them be your own.”. Siddarth Roy Kapur also took to state that he learned it the hard way round as he was doing it for years, he suggests one has to go by their own conviction for having a chance to bag something that they might or might not have believed in.
