Actor Simbu is currently busy with the latest movie Pathu Thala. Directed by Obeli N Krishna. Simbu plays the role of a gangster in this movie. The film is being prepared based on the sand mafia. A R Rahman has composed the music for Pathu Thala. The film is slated to hit theaters on March 30.
After the movie Pathu Thala, there was a lot of anticipation about Simbu’s 48th film. The official announcement was released yesterday that Desingh Periyasamy will direct this film. Another highlight is that the film is produced by actor Kamal Haasan’s Rajkamal Films.
As we already posted in Filmify, this movie will be the highest budget film in actor Simbu’s career. Kamal Haasan is planning to make this upcoming film with a budget of Rs 100 crore. Apart from that, it has also been leaked that actor Simbu will play a dual role in the film.
It is said that this story was prepared by Desingh Periyasamy for superstar Rajinikanth and since Rajinikanth could not act in it, now Desingh Periyasamy is going to make the film with Simbu.
Another surprising information was reported that the actor Simbu has increased his salary to Rs 40 crores. But now the news that Simbu has reduced his salary to act in a film produced by Kamal has surprised many people.
