According to the Wall Street Journal, the deal with Rogan is worth up to $250 million and includes a guaranteed upfront payment as well as a percentage of ad sales revenue. Spotify did not confirm the terms of the transaction and stated in an email that the WSJ’s estimate was incorrect. However, it did not disclose the contract’s real worth.
