After a painfully long wait, the most anticipated trailer is here! Sukhee, Shilpa Shetty’s upcoming starrer is all about letting women get their bit of freedom, just like any other person on this planet. As women are entitled to bring up kids and take care of the house, they deserve a break too and Shilpa in and as Sukhee is here to tell you that it’s okay to pause your daily routine and go on a break, if that’s what it takes to reboot your system!
Sukhee is a fun movie where Sukhee (Shilpa Shetty) is a housewife with one kid and feels stuck in her routine work. One day, she gets a text message about reunion of her school batch and Sukhee is thrilled to join. It’s all fun and games until Sukhee’s husband comes in the picture and starts shaming her for wanting a break. Their daughter has her board exams in 2 months and because wants to go to Delhi for this short trip, her husband makes a misogynist comment saying, “Since when did you become so selfish?” to which Sukhee retaliates, “Just because I wish to have a little break from my life, I became selfish?” and very insistently, her husband orders her to cancel the plan. But, she doesn’t.
Featuring Shilpa Shetty, Kusha Kapila, Kiran Kumar, Amit Sadh, Pavleen Gujral, Nitanshi Goel, Dilnaz Irani, Chaitanya Choudhry and Mridula Oberoi, Sukhee is the movie for every woman who struggles to stand up for herself and thinks that wanting a break from her motherly duties is selfish.
