Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is appreciated for his versatile performances and for trying new concepts, encouraging the directors to create fresh content. However, he also does the remakes as well.
The actor, last seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal, is gearing up to reunite with his father for another collaboration. Reportedly, the film will be their fourth film, touted to be an out-and-out comic entertainer.
A source close to the team said, “David Dhawan has been exploring several ideas over the last few years and has finally got one that warrants a full-fledged theatrical outing for the families. Much like David Dhawan’s world of comedies, this one too will see a Varun Dhawan alongside two leading ladies. The humour of this untitled comic caper results from confusion in the protagonist’s love life. Varun is very excited to revisit the comic space after a while,”
The film is said to commence shooting next year, with a release in 2024 or early 2025. It is said to be a big-scale comic entertainer that will be shot at multiple real-life locations worldwide. With three protagonists aside, some A-listers are on board for the project.
The makers will soon reveal the official announcement with details about this upcoming project. Varun Dhawan will start shooting for this project after wrapping up his ongoing action entertainer, VD18, which will be released in May 2024.
