Three crazy movies are locking horns on the 12th of the upcoming August. Vikram’s Cobra, Nithin’s Macharla Niyojakavargam, and Megastar’s Lucifer remake Godfather are all gearing up for release on the same day. While the release dates are just tentative, one must agree all three have huge expectations for them.
Coming to Cobra, the film was shot for three long years because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The shoot was finally wrapped up in February. The teaser, too, garnered a lot of attention as Vikram is said to have essayed 20 different avatars in the movie. It’s shown that the international intelligence agencies search for him as he is a criminal with mathematical brilliance. The film is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and will be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages.
Coming to Nithins’s Macharla Niyojakavargam, as the title suggests, the action entertainer’s plot revolves around Macharla. The masala flick is helmed by M.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and has Krithi Shetty and Catherine Tresa alongside Nithin. The actor’s own banner, Sresth Movies is producing the film. On the other hand, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Godfather is being directed by Mohan Raja. It has Nayantara and Satyadev alongside Chiru, while Bollywood megastar Salman Khan will star in a key role.
