According to Deadline, Mike Flanagan will direct, write, and, produce ”The Life Of Chuck” which is a adaptation of the short story, ”If It Bleeds, the Life of Chuck” by Stephen King which was published in 2020.
It tells the story of a man, Charles Krantz played by Tom Hiddleston, who dies young of a brain tumour, working the story of a backward through his life occurrences in his childhood haunted house. Star Wars fame Mark Hamill will join the cast of the film. Flanagan is best known for his work in horror films and television series. He created and directed the Netflix horror miniseries Midnight Mass and The Fall of the House of Usher.
According to Deadline, the movie script has been in the works. Details of the cast and production are yet to be announced by the team. Tom Hiddleston is said to return to the second season of The Night Manager on amazon prime and his marvel televisions series of loki 2 is scheduled to release on Disney + in the mid of 2023.
