Check out Secret Invasion: first screening reviews

The Marvel Studios screened the first two episodes of the series before its theoretical release to the press and critics. Ali Selim directed Secret Invasion.

A Twitter user said Secret Invasion is the real deal. Well directed, shot, choreographed and written. Sets up the main conflict and villain early on Winter Soldier, and Civil War vibes. In terms of quality feels like Marvel’s Andor. But 6 eps, so it moves faster and has some WTF moments throughout.

Another Twitter user said the language and writing know the audience has grown up and flashes of violence keep it feeling realistic while emphasizing the stakes. The Skrull invasion feels grounded and tense.

Another user said Feels like a freshly revamped blast in the past. Familiar characters in dangerous unfamiliar settings, with paranoia infused deep at the show’s core.Superb writing, crazy twist and deeply personal takes, Masterpiece.

Another user said It’s the next stage in the maturation of MCU after Winter Soldier, in a different direction than, I expected. The character development, the acting and the power of conversations are as powerful as the brutal action.

Another user said The series is so far incredible. From the cold opening to the final shot of the first two episodes. The stakes are high nf are established in a way that made me scream.

Another user said The series is all spy thriller vibes with moody intrigue, political conspiracies and some great nick fury dialogues.

Every Secret Invasion review is giving it such high praise saying that it’s a very well-written spy thriller with a lot of twists and characters full of depth. Marvel Studio’s title sequence is dedicated to Chadwick Boseman. Secret Invasion will stream on Disney plus Hotstar on June 21.
