The series which were released earlier titled ‘Modern Love Hyderabad’ and ‘Modern Love Mumbai’ gained huge response from the audience. MLM got more appreciation when compared to MLH. There has been an announcement about Modern Love Chennai which will also be the set of six episodes with six different stories.
One of the directors in this series is Thiagarajan Kumararaja with five other promising directors. Ilayaraja and GV Prakash Kumar are also going to compose music for two different episodes. This Amazon original series will be released on May 18.

Thiagarajan Kumararaja said, “Love stories and romantic-comedy stories (rom-com) have never been my thing. So, Modern Love Chennai was an interesting challenge. We are delighted to partner with Prime Video to bring the latest Indian version to the audience.”
