The Tale of the Nine-Tailed starring Lee Dong Wook, Jo Bo Ah, Kim Bum, Hwang Hee, and Kim Yong Ji. The team has finally planned on shooting the prequel. The script reading for the prequel took place earlier in Seoul, Korea. The prequel is titled Tale of Nine-Tailed 1983 and features the same cast as the first but as the show takes us back to the past the leading lady has been replaced by Kim So Yeon.
Recently, it is reported that the drama will soon redeem itself with the 3rd season after the 12-episode prequel series ends. The cast for the upcoming drama is yet to be revealed. The viewers were eagerly waiting for the prequel and it appears that the drama has been doing well so far. The release of the first and second episodes made the drama obtain around 8.5 ratings across the globe.
This Historical horror romance fantasy began airing on TBN on 6th May 2023. Amazon Prime Video has bagged the digital rights of the drama. The first and second episodes are already receiving immense love from the fans.
