Sanam Teri Kasam is Harshvardhan Rane’s first debut film in Bollywood through which he marked himself as an outstanding actor. it is one such film that portrays the epic love story of all time and is still in the hearts of audiences because of its story and the way the movie was made accompanied by some iconic songs.

Its success as a late cult classic has now made the director duo Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru planning for a spin-off. An inside source recently revealed that” The makers want to make a sequel to Sanam Teri Kasam. However, it is at a very nascent stage currently. They have only started the casting process of the film, so it is still in pre-production.” but the further info is what disappointed the audience and STK fans that the same cast won’t be repeated in STK 2.

“The makers didn’t want to repeat the actors. The auditions are going on for the main leads currently, and they will look at the supporting cast afterwards,” the source revealed and the title of the sequel will be ‘Jaanam Teri Kasam’

“The makers are looking for a female lead who can sing and has the looks and vibe of a singer, someone who is between 18-20 years old.” the source further added

Sanam Teri Kasam is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film written and directed by Radhika Rao-Vinay Sapru. Produced by Deepak Mukut, the film stars Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane in their Hindi film debut, with Anurag Sinha, Manish Chaudhari, Murli Sharma and Sudesh Berry. The film is a modern rendition of the legends of Shiva-Sati and the novel Love Story by Eric Segal.
