Megastar Chiranjeevi took a strange decision regarding his upcoming Godfather movie. The movie sources reveal that there won’t be any pre-release event in Hyderabad. Only two events are to be held in which one will be in Anantapuram and another will be in Mumbai. According to the movie plot, all the story takes place in Ananthapuram which is the reason Chiru and co have decided the area to be the place where the event must be held. Coming to the Mumbai event, this was decided as Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan has a key role in the film. The plot of Godfather is already a known thing to many who have seen Lucifer on Amazon Prime Video. Cine experts opine that the pre-knowledge of the storyline will be a setback to Megastar’s film and director Mohan Raja must have worked out of his skin to make this film a blockbuster exceeding all the expectations.
As Megafans are eagerly waiting to witness their favourite star on the silver screen, the rumours of postponement worried them. The Godfather team itself entered the frame and cleared the rumours recently. They say that the movie is on track to be released on the 5th of next month. The first single of the film is also being planned to be released soon. While Chiranjeevi will be seen as the titular Godfather, Nayanthara will be seen in the role of Satyapriya Jayadev. RB Choudary and NV Prasad are bankrolling the project under the banner of Mega Supergood Films in association with Konidela Production Company. Thaman is providing the tunes.
