The drama obtained a 14.4 TRP rating acquiring the 2nd position in the June drama ratings. Dr. Romantic is a series based on the lives of dedicated doctors. The series has redeemed itself to season 3. The drama features Han Suk-kyu, Yoo Yeon-Seok, Seo Hyun-jin, Ahn Hyo-seop, Lee Sung-kyoung, and Kim Joo-hun. The drama is directed, by Yoo In-Shik and Kang Bo-Seung.
