The Role of RDX in Welcome

Bazmee envisioned Feroz Khan as the perfect choice for the role of RDX, the formidable boss of Uday Shetty and Majnu Shetty. Despite Feroz’s initial reluctance and his hidden health concerns, Bazmee persuaded him to take on the role. “He was just saying he doesn’t want to do it, making excuses but I was adamant that you have to do it. And somehow he agreed,” Bazmee explained. Although the role consisted of only a few scenes and the climax, Feroz’s presence and charisma amplified its impact.
