Matka Teaser : Varun Tej Konidela much anticipated action thriller film Matka’s teaser is out. The film’s teaser shows Varun in four distinct roles, from young to old.
The teaser also introduced Nora Fatehi and Meenakshi Chowdary , though nothing much is revealed about their characters. Naveen Chandra seems to play someone suspicious of Vasu’s motives.
The teaser also includes nostalgia, with some scenes showing a cutout of NTR, Kurupam market arch, and Poorna Theatre.
Matka is an upcoming Periodical Film starring Mega Prince Varun tej in the Lead Role, Written and Directed by Karuna Kumar and produced by Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajani Talluri under Vyra Entertainments in Association with SRT Entertainments.

Film’s plot
The story which takes place between 1958-1982 is based on a real incident that shook the entire nation and the story is set in the backdrop of Vizag. The story spans 24 years.

Varun Tej was last seen in action drama film Operation Valentine , which based on the 2019 Pulwama Attack and the retaliatory Balakot Air Strikes of 2019 by the Indian Air Force .
Operation Valentine was released in theaters worldwide on 1 March 2024 to mixed reviews from critics and the audience.
Matka is come back film for Varun Tej as his previous film Gandeevadhari Arjuna and Operation Valentine were box office duds. The action flick is scheduled to be released in theatres on November 14.
