Samantha's  Diet In A Day

She drinks a homemade health smoothie empty stomach in the morning

Samantha follows Vegan diet for better nutrients

She prefers Brown bread, avocado, and eggs  for breakfast

Samantha eats Fresh fruits between breakfast and lunch

She eats Fish or lamb with millets as lunch

Before dinner she would like to have Sweet potatoes or eggs

Samantha’s dinner is opposite to her lunch Fish or lamb with millets  and Veggies
